How can I recover my registration after I changed my email?
If you have purchased GenoPro and lost your key, you can recover it by email. Go in the login page, type the email you used when you purchased GenoPro and click on Resend GenoPro registration key. If you no longer have access to the email you used for your purchase, you must contact GenoPro directly. Please note that if we cannot be sure that you are the person who purchased it earlier, you may not be able to recover your lost key.
