How do I recover or create a new password?
All users have a password. If you did not supply a password, one was
generated for you. You can recover your password with your email address from
our forum.
If you try to perform an online operation such as
publishing online or
doing a backup of your file, you can type a
wrong password and GenoPro will prompt you to recover it by email.
